MEETINGS

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors usually meet quarterly on a Monday from 3 to 5 p.m. Meetings are typically located in Woodland at various locations dependent on room availability. The meetings are open to the public.

The next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 6, 2008 from 3 - 5 p.m. Location: YCFCWCD Board Room, 34274 State Highway 16, Woodland. Agendas are posted the Friday before the meeting.

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee, composed of senior staff of the participating agencies, is the working group for WRA activities. The Committee usually meets the first Thursday of the month. The third Thursday is held as a standing meeting date if needed. The meetings are open to the public.

NO MEETING WILL BE HELD IN JULY 2008.  The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, August 7, 2008 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m., in the Woodland Community & Senior Center, 2001 East St.; (driving directions).  Agendas are typically posted the Friday before the meeting. 

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is composed of the WRA Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and the Technical Committee Chairperson. The Committee usually meets on a Tuesday, or as necessary, with WRA staff to take care of administrative functions for WRA operations and develop the Board of Directors' meeting agendas. Meetings are held in Woodland and are open to the public.

The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 22, 2008 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the Woodland Community & Senior Center, 2001 East St. Agendas are typically posted the Friday before the meeting.
